Atrium EMEA is looking for several Senior Benefits Analysts with extensive knowledge and experience of EMEA and UK‑wide benefits to support a large Pharma client in Chester. This is a 12‑month PAYE role and you will need to be in the office 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Benefits administration and analysis for UK and Europe
- Benefits renewals and enrolment communications
- Benefits operations and policy development
- Support with benefits administration for Italian and Spanish markets
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and either Italian or Spanish, depending on the role
- Experience with benefits administration in EMEA and UK
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
- Organized, detail‑oriented, culturally sensitive, and open‑minded
- Ability to navigate the unknown and propose alternative solutions to the business
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- General knowledge of HR policies, processes, regional employment laws and benefits legislative requirements for the region
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working in a rapid, complex, changing, multi‑cultural, multi‑country environment
- Ability to network across a global organization to align with objectives and strategy, with a demonstrated continuous improvement mindset
