We’re hiring an experienced Operational Change Manager to support non-technical change delivery for a high-profile cyber security function within a leading UK financial institution. Recent experience working with top-tier financial services clients is essential to be considered. This role plays a key part in ensuring business readiness and governance across a range of regulatory and cyber initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver operational change initiatives supporting cyber and regulatory programmes
- Manage scope, plans, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
- Support change delivery across people, process, and control
- Work with internal and third-party stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
- Maintain transparency through effective reporting and governance
Requirements:
- Strong project/change management experience within complex financial services environments
- Recent experience working with top-tier financial services clients (e.g. major UK banks)
- Exposure to cyber security or risk-related change programmes
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (FCA, PRA, GDPR, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Details:
- Rate: £480–£510/day (Inside IR35)
- Contract: 12-month initial term (extensions likely)
- Location: Radbroke, Northampton, or Glasgow
- Hybrid: 2 days per week on-site (non-consecutive) — must live within commuting distance
