These roles span Client Operations, Client Enablement, Investor Reporting, Corporate Actions, Data Governance, Risk & Compliance, AML, Billing, Settlements, and Business Transformation. About the Roles

We are seeking experienced Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents to lead critical functions across Client Operations, Client Enablement, Investor Services, Corporate Actions, Risk & Compliance, and Operational Transformation. Each role will own strategic initiatives within their domain, improving client experience, strengthening governance and controls, and enhancing operational efficiency across global platforms. These positions offer senior leaders the opportunity to shape functional strategy, lead transformation programmes, and influence enterprise-wide outcomes in a high-impact environment.

  • VP – Client Enablement Manager (Client Onboarding & Implementation): Lead end-to-end onboarding programmes for wealth clients, managing implementation journeys, improving onboarding processes, and optimising data flows and system integration.
  • VP – Client Operations Manager: Own client operations delivery and service performance across multiple workflows.
  • VP – Shareholder Services / Investor Reporting: Oversee investor reporting and shareholder servicing functions.
  • VP – Corporate Actions Manager: Lead corporate actions operations across global markets.
  • VP – Data Quality / Data Steward: Own enterprise data governance and data quality frameworks.
  • VP – Business Continuity & Incident Management: Lead operational resilience frameworks.
  • VP – AML / Sanctions Manager: Oversee AML and sanctions compliance programmes.
  • VP – Settlements Manager: Oversee securities settlement operations.
  • VP – Mutual Funds Manager: Manage fund operations across dealing, settlements, AML due diligence, and fund lifecycle processes.
  • VP – Tax Operations Manager: Lead global tax operations.
  • VP – Transaction Reporting Specialist: Ensure compliance with regulatory transaction reporting requirements.
  • VP – Operations Business Planning & Analysis: Lead operational analytics, performance reporting, and strategic planning.
  • SVP – Billing Manager: Lead billing operations and revenue control frameworks.
  • SVP – Control Manager / Client Asset Safety (CASS): Oversee client asset protection frameworks.

Key Responsibilities (Across Roles)

  • Lead strategic initiatives across client operations, onboarding, reporting, risk, and control functions.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for clients, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Drive operational transformation, process improvement, and efficiency across global teams.
  • Strengthen governance, risk, and control frameworks in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Embed automation, digital tooling, and AI-enabled solutions into operational processes.
  • Oversee end-to-end service delivery within complex, high-volume financial environments.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across multiple operational functions.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Client Relationship teams.
  • Ensure delivery of accurate, timely, and high-quality outputs across all operational areas.
  • Influence and contribute to enterprise-wide strategy and business outcomes.
  • Support regulatory readiness, audit processes, and ongoing compliance obligations.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in financial services (wealth management, custody, asset servicing, or operations).
  • Proven leadership experience, particularly at Vice President or Senior Vice President level.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across senior internal and external audiences.
  • Deep expertise in one or more relevant domains (e.g. onboarding, investor reporting, corporate actions, AML, CASS, settlements, data governance, or tax operations).
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks including FCA rules, AML regulations, and client asset requirements (CASS).
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing performance, and driving operational delivery.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in complex environments.
  • Experience delivering process improvement, transformation, or change initiatives.
  • Ability to operate effectively in both strategic and hands-on leadership capacities.
  • Degree or equivalent professional experience required (relevant certifications advantageous, e.g. ACAMS, PMP, Lean Six Sigma).
  • Demonstrated interest in digital transformation, automation, and AI-enabled operational improvement.
