Responsibilities
- Develop and document the end-to-end Saudi custody operating model in collaboration with bank SMEs.
- Conduct current-state assessments and identify business, operational, and regulatory gaps.
- Facilitate requirements workshops across Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Client Service.
- Define target-state processes, controls, roles, and operating procedures.
- Document Saudi market requirements, including EDAA, Tadawul, and regulatory obligations.
- Produce process maps, requirements documentation, and RACI models.
- Support implementation planning, governance, and readiness reviews.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to validate operating model design.
Experience required
- Experience with the Saud capital markets.
- Operating model design within custody, asset servicing, or financial market infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of custody operations, settlement, cash, and asset servicing.
- Experience delivering large-scale market entry, regulatory, or transformation programs.
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into business and operational capabilities.
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
