We\’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join a warm, supportive children\’s residential service based in Leiston. About the Role
As a Senior Support Worker, you\’ll play a key role in providing care, guidance, and support to children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs. You\’ll lead by example, ensuring that high-quality, person-centred care is delivered in a safe and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting young people with their daily routines, education, and personal development.
- Leading shifts and supervising a team of Support Workers.
