We are seeking an experienced Slinger to join the team on the Hornsea 3 onshore substation project in Norwich. This is an immediate start position working on a busy, high profile energy infrastructure site with an established civils and lifting team.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out safe slinging and signalling operations for crane and lifting activities
  • Work closely with the lifting team, crane operators, and supervisors
  • Follow all on site health & safety procedures, especially within an HV/substation environment
  • Support general site operations as required
  • Maintain clear communication during all lifting tasks

Requirements

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS Slinger/Signaller ticket
  • Experience working on civils or infrastructure projects (substation experience beneficial but not essential)
  • Strong understanding of safe lifting practices
  • Full PPE
  • Good communication skills and reliable work ethic
