A rare few build businesses. We’re looking for the third type. Atrium is entering a serious growth phase in 2026. Our temporary division is established and performing. Now we’re investing heavily in scaling our permanent recruitment offering — and this role is central to that plan. This is not a “sit in the corner and fill vacancies” job. This is a revenue-driving, strategy-shaping, voice-at-the-table role.
We want an experienced, successful recruiter who can demonstrate consistent billings in permanent recruitment. You must understand margins, pipeline management, candidate control and client development. You should be able to show us what you’ve billed, how you built it, and how you’ll do it again. You’ll have the freedom to build your desk properly — not micromanaged, not boxed in, not capped.
We want someone commercially sharp, confident winning business, and motivated by more than just a basic salary. In return, you’ll get:
- A genuine voice in how the permanent division grows
- Direct access to leadership and involvement in business decisions
- Strong commission structure that rewards performance properly
- Autonomy to develop your market
- A business that backs quality over noise
This is for someone who is past the “learning the ropes” stage. You know what good looks like. You want to enjoy what you do. You want to be recognised for results. And you want to be part of building something that has real momentum behind it.
If you’re billing well but feel like a number… If you’re capped, restricted, or unheard… If you want to help shape a division rather than just sit in one… Then it’s time for a conversation. Confidential discussions welcome.
