We are seeking an experienced and motivated Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician with both electrical and mechanical qualifications/experience to join a dynamic engineering team based in Brigg. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern manufacturing environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement, safety, and reliability.
Shifts: 4 on / 4 off (2 days, 2 nights) | 6AM-6PM / 6PM-6AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to breakdowns in both electrical and mechanical areas quickly and safely to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with Quality Technicians to ensure machines are process-capable and meet specification requirements.
- Perform ancillary activities such as welding, grinding, wiring, and general fabrication to support maintenance and project needs.
- Execute preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled to ensure equipment reliability.
- Complete statutory checks and servicing of equipment/facilities to meet legislative standards.
- Work closely with Production Operators to improve processes and equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Promote and practice safe working behaviours and systems at all times.
- Participate in ad-hoc engineering projects as required.

- Proven experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Multi-skilled with strong electrical and mechanical knowledge (qualified or time-served).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and trustworthy with a strong sense of ownership.
