Atrium Associates are looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our client's team for an ongoing maintenance contract in Leighton Buzzard, Dunstable and Toddington.
Role Details:
- Position: Maintenance Electrician
- Location: Luton + Surrounding Areas
- Rate: £200 - £220 Per Day (8 Hours)
- Duration: 3 Months +
- Start: ASAP
Duties:
Work will typically consist of installing new and replacing extractor fans in occupied/void properties. The project is expected to be on an ongoing basis working with a large maintenance contractor in the area. Expectation is to replace 2 extractor fans, and install 1 extractor fan in a property per day (Kitchen, Bathroom & WC).
Requirements:
- Formal electrical qualifications will be needed
- Two working references with similar experience
- Own tools and transport
