Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst (Dual-Trained) Location: London & Surrounding Areas (Field-Based) Atrium Associates are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading environmental and risk management consultancy for an experienced Dual-Trained Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their growing Hazardous Materials team. As a Dual-Trained Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, you will play a key role in helping clients manage asbestos-related risks across a diverse portfolio of commercial, public sector, industrial, and residential properties. This is a field-based position with a strong focus on the London region due to ongoing client demand. Conduct all types of asbestos surveys, including Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys. * Undertake asbestos inspection and sampling activities. * Carry out air monitoring and airborne fibre counting. * Inspect contractor remediation works and verify compliance with industry standards. * Accurately collect and record site data using digital reporting systems. * Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance. * Provide professional advice and support to clients when required. * We are looking for a reliable and technically competent asbestos professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining excellent standards. Strong working knowledge of asbestos surveying and analytical procedures. * Experience conducting asbestos surveys, air monitoring, and clearance testing. * Full UK driving licence. * Strong communication and report-writing skills. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
