We are currently recruiting for an experienced 360 Excavator Driver to work on a busy project at RAF Lakenheath. This is a long‑term opportunity running through to Christmas, offering consistent work on a well‑established site. This is a dual‑role position, and the successful candidate must be willing and able to step out of the cab and support groundworks when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently
- Assisting with general groundworks duties when not operating machinery
- Trenching, drainage, and site preparation
- Supporting the site team to ensure work is completed to a high standard
- Following all health & safety procedures on site
Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket
- Proven experience operating 360 machinery on construction sites
- Must be comfortable working on the ground as a groundworker
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to pass security clearance due to site location (RAF base)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
