The Role Your role as an Associate Recruitment Consultant: Connecting with candidates and interviewing to understand their needs. Engaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company and role requirements. Advertising new roles through job boards and social media platforms while implementing new candidate attraction strategies. Providing professional advice on the job market and managing expectations. Bringing on new business and establishing professional relationships in the industry. Reaching out to candidates via direct applications, job boards, LinkedIn, etc., and screening them before preparing them to interview with our clients. Managing the recruitment process, including negotiating salaries and ensuring successful placements of candidates. Business Development; proactively engage with new and existing clients to identify new hiring opportunities and understand their requirements and culture, to match candidates. A high degree of telephone-based activity to both clients and candidates. Offer consistency and calmness under pressure. You will ideally be: Bright and confident personality Financially driven Eager to pursue a career in recruitment and sales Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) A strong passion for Customer Service A self-starter with the desire to progress within their career Essential: You must be able to drive for this role.
