Overview

We are looking for an Air Conditioning Manager Engineer.

Location: Norwich or Cambridge

Salary £50,000+ a year – Permanent, Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair AC systems to current standards
  • Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs independently
  • Use company software (Commusoft) for accurate job logging and timekeeping
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, F-Gas regulations, and company policies
  • Test systems and complete required documentation (digital or manual)
  • Communicate effectively with customers and the wider team
  • Order necessary parts and manage job materials

Requirements

  • F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
  • Experience with commercial and residential AC systems
  • Strong diagnostics, testing, and repair skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service
  • Full, clean UK driver\’s licence
