Overview
We are looking for an Air Conditioning Manager Engineer.
Location: Norwich or Cambridge
Salary £50,000+ a year – Permanent, Full-time
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair AC systems to current standards
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs independently
- Use company software (Commusoft) for accurate job logging and timekeeping
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, F-Gas regulations, and company policies
- Test systems and complete required documentation (digital or manual)
- Communicate effectively with customers and the wider team
- Order necessary parts and manage job materials
Requirements
- F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)
- NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Experience with commercial and residential AC systems
- Strong diagnostics, testing, and repair skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Full, clean UK driver\’s licence
