An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist renewable energy contractor delivering innovative heating and energy solutions across the UK. The business is recognised for its expertise in the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of ground source, water source, and air source heat pump systems. The Role
Reporting directly to the Operations Director / Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the commercial performance of allocated projects from inception through to completion. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the commercial performance of multiple projects
- Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Design teams, and Senior Commercial Management
- Reviewing client and subcontractor contracts
- Monitoring and reporting project financial performance
- Managing procurement procedures and subcontract valuations
