Atrium Associates is a specialist recruitment business focusing on the built environment. We partner with clients across Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Construction, and Civils, delivering both temporary and permanent staffing solutions throughout East Anglia.
Due to continued growth within our Construction division, we are looking to recruit a proactive and driven Recruitment Resourcer to support our consultants in delivering high-quality candidates to our clients.
The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and managing candidates for a range of temporary and permanent construction roles. You will focus on building and maintaining a strong pipeline of skilled candidates across East Anglia, ensuring we are able to react quickly to client requirements and deliver a high level of service. Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Attraction
- Source candidates for a range of roles across M&E, Construction and Civils (labourers through to skilled trades and site management)
- Use job boards, LinkedIn, database searches, referrals, and social media to attract talent
- Write and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms
- Maintain a consistent flow of new candidates into the business
- Candidate Management
- Conduct candidate registrations (telephone/video/in-person where required)
- Assess candidate suitability, experience, qualifications, and compliance
- Build strong relationships with candidates and manage ongoing communication
- Keep candidates informed of opportunities and availability
- Temporary & Permanent Resourcing
- Support consultants with filling both temporary and permanent vacancies
- Match candidates to live roles quickly and accurately
- Assist in booking candidates onto temporary assignments
- Coordinate availability and ensure candidate commitment
- Compliance & Administration
- Ensure all candidate files are fully compliant (Right to Work, ID, CSCS cards, references etc.)
- Accurately update records on the CRM
- Maintain clean and up-to-date candidate data
- Support with onboarding processes
- Team Support
- Work closely with consultants to understand client requirements
- Provide shortlists of suitable candidates for roles
- Assist with urgent bookings and high-volume requirements
- Contribute to team targets and KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- Experience
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, customer service, or sales is desirable
- Experience within construction, M&E, or civils recruitment would be advantageous but not essential
