Atrium Associates is a specialist recruitment business focusing on the built environment. We partner with clients across Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Construction, and Civils, delivering both temporary and permanent staffing solutions throughout East Anglia.

Due to continued growth within our Construction division, we are looking to recruit a proactive and driven Recruitment Resourcer to support our consultants in delivering high-quality candidates to our clients.

The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and managing candidates for a range of temporary and permanent construction roles. You will focus on building and maintaining a strong pipeline of skilled candidates across East Anglia, ensuring we are able to react quickly to client requirements and deliver a high level of service. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career within recruitment, with clear progression into a consultant role.

Key Responsibilities
