We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Marshall to join a large commercial construction project in Norwich, with an immediate start available. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work (up to a year) on a busy and well-managed site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the site's designated Fire Marshall / Fire Warden
  • Carrying out regular fire safety checks and inspections
  • Ensuring clear and safe fire escape routes and access points
  • Monitoring hot works and enforcing permit systems
  • Conducting toolbox talks and fire safety briefings where required
  • Supporting site management with overall health & safety compliance
  • Assisting with general site duties where necessary

Requirements:

  • Valid Fire Marshall / Fire Warden certificate
  • CSCS card (essential)
  • Previous experience working on construction sites
  • Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and procedures
  • Reliable, proactive, and safety-focused attitude
  • Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
