We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Marshall to join a large commercial construction project in Norwich, with an immediate start available. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work (up to a year) on a busy and well-managed site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the site's designated Fire Marshall / Fire Warden
- Carrying out regular fire safety checks and inspections
- Ensuring clear and safe fire escape routes and access points
- Monitoring hot works and enforcing permit systems
- Conducting toolbox talks and fire safety briefings where required
- Supporting site management with overall health & safety compliance
- Assisting with general site duties where necessary
Requirements:
- Valid Fire Marshall / Fire Warden certificate
- CSCS card (essential)
- Previous experience working on construction sites
- Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and procedures
