Atrium Associates are seeking an experienced Groundworker with the EUSR Card to join our client on an ongoing commercial project within a live Power Station environment in Norwich. This role offers long term potential for the right candidate, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking general groundworks including kerbing, drainage, ducting, pipe laying, Type 1 preparation, and general reinstatement
- Supporting civils works within a live power generation environment, ensuring adherence to all site safety procedures
- Assisting with cable routes, trenches, backfilling and foundation preparations for utilities installations
- Working closely with site supervisors to maintain progress in critical areas of the project
- Maintaining safe working practices around high voltage plant, restricted zones, and controlled access areas
Essential Requirements
- Valid EUSR card (required for access to the Power Station site)
- Proven experience as a Groundworker within commercial or industrial environments
- Strong competency in kerbing, drainage, ducting, and general civils work
- Understanding of safety protocols specific to power stations, including controlled access, isolation zones, and adherence to strict permit processes
- Valid Dumper Ticket desirable but not essential
- Reliable, punctual and proactive with a strong work ethic
