Maintenance Handyperson/ Multi-trader Location – Cambridgeshire We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Handy Person to join a thriving and fast-growing Building Services company based in Cambridgeshire. This is an exciting mobile role offering a variety of tasks and responsibilities, with opportunities for further training and development. Key Responsibilities: Carry out general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, minor repairs to locks and windows, shelving installation, boxing in services, and small-scale decorating projects. Collaborate with engineering and compliance teams to assist with routine tasks such as fire alarm and emergency light testing, as well as L8 compliance (full training provided). Communicate effectively with clients and work independently to complete tasks to a high standard. Use a mobile tablet for completing reports, receiving, and sending emails. Requirements: Proven experience in building maintenance or as a handyman, ideally in a live environment. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage workloads with minimal supervision. Physically fit and comfortable performing hands-on tasks. Full UK driving licence is essential.
