This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, solving technical challenges, and delivering exceptional service.

You’ll provide on-site support across a variety of client environments, helping organisations maximise the value of their technology through installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and proactive recommendations.
No two days are the same.
Whether you're carrying out scheduled site visits, responding to critical incidents, supporting project delivery, or assisting remotely through the Service Desk, you'll play a key role in keeping customers connected, secure, and productive.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver on-site technical support, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment.
- Respond to incidents and service requests in line with agreed SLAs and customer expectations.
- Accurately document all work and maintain client records within the PSA system.
- Manage your workload effectively, prioritising tasks while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer systems, performance, and service delivery.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with security, safety, and operational standards.
- Support project delivery alongside Professional Services teams when required.
- Provide remote support through the Service Desk between client visits.
- Attend urgent and Priority 1 site visits when necessary.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Field Engineer, Service Desk Engineer, or in a similar IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop environments.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Backup and DRaa S solutions, Entra ID, and Infrastructure as a Service (Iaa S) technologies.
- Good understanding of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, firewalls, routing, and switching.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Conditional Access.
- Knowledge of Mimecast email security solutions.
