Atrium Healthcare is currently supporting a Residential Dementia Care Home who are seeking Senior Care Assistant/ Team Leader based in the outskirts of Hull. We are looking for compassionate individuals with significant experience in the care sector, particularly in supporting residents with Dementia.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to residents.
- Administer and monitor medications.
- Maintain and update care plans.
- Train and supervise junior and new staff members under the guidance of senior staff.
- Ensure residents' comfort and dignity are maintained at all times.
Experience / Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Medication trained.
- Experienced in supporting residents with Dementia.
- Due to location diving license and access to your own car.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience of 1 year min. with any of the above-mentioned areas of care.
