Contracts Manager – We are seeking an experienced and driven Contracts Manager to work for a leading regional contractor with a history of delivery high-quality construction projects across East Anglia and beyond. With a strong reputation for professionalism, collaboration, and innovation, they are now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team. As a Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be responsible for overseeing project teams, liaising with clients and consultants, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations. Your role: Lead and manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines, reporting regularly to senior management. Maintain strong client relationships and uphold Barnes Construction\’s reputation for excellence. Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are met across all sites. About You: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in the construction industry. Experience specifically with commercial builds. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A solid understanding of construction processes, contracts, and commercial awareness. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Professional certifications (e.g., Chartered status with ICE or CIOB) are highly desirable. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified.
