An established building services and maintenance contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join its growing team, covering sites across East Anglia. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled plumber with experience working on commercial plumbing and mechanical services to join a well-established business offering long-term stability, varied work, and career progression.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, installations, fault-finding, and reactive repairs on a wide range of commercial plumbing and mechanical systems across commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
- Diagnose and repair faults on domestic and commercial water services
- Install and replace sanitaryware, pipework, valves, pumps, and associated plumbing equipment
- Carry out repairs to hot and cold water systems, boosted water services, and drainage systems
- Install and maintain plant room pipework and associated mechanical equipment
- Complete job reports and maintenance records using a tablet-based system
