We are working with a specialist company based in Cambridge, focused on renewable heating and cooling technologies. Our client designs, installs, commissions, and maintains ground source, water source, and air source heat pump systems for both domestic and commercial applications.

You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of ground source heat pump systems across domestic and commercial sites. This role involves fault diagnosis, system testing, client liaison, and technical support for commissioning and aftercare teams.

Your role:

  • Maintenance and servicing of commercial Ground Source Heat Pump systems and some domestic GSHP.
  • Fault finding and diagnostics.
  • Working on large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Perform testing and inspections on heating systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Liaison with client and management teams.
  • Liaison with manufacturers to ensure system operation.
  • Produce service and repair reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with GSHP systems (commercial scale).
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in HVAC / renewable energy.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong Electrical + Mechanical knowledge.
  • Confident working on large sized systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
