The Role As a Dual-Trained Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, you will play a key role in helping clients manage asbestos-related risks across a diverse portfolio of commercial, public sector, industrial, and residential properties. This is a field-based position with a strong focus on the London region due to ongoing client demand. Key Responsibilities Conduct all types of asbestos surveys, including Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys. Undertake asbestos inspection and sampling activities. Carry out air monitoring and airborne fibre counting. Complete 4-stage clearance procedures and reoccupation assessments. Inspect contractor remediation works and verify compliance with industry standards. Accurately collect and record site data using digital reporting systems. Produce technically accurate documentation and reports. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, guidance, and industry best practice, including HSG248 and HSG264. Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Provide professional advice and support to clients when required. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams. About You We are looking for a reliable and technically competent asbestos professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining excellent standards. Essential Requirements BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications (or equivalent RSPH qualifications). Strong working knowledge of asbestos surveying and analytical procedures. Understanding of HSG248 and HSG264 guidance. Experience conducting asbestos surveys, air monitoring, and clearance testing. Full UK driving licence. Strong communication and report-writing skills. Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Personal Attributes Professional and customer-focused.
