The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused
Sales Consultant to join our team in Watford.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be at the heart of the customer experience, helping customers discover the perfect fragrance while delivering exceptional service.
Our teams are trained to provide expert fragrance advice, creating a memorable shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
- Match fragrances to customers’ individual needs and preferences.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, new launches and fragrance trends.
- Introduce complementary products and add-on sales opportunities.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
- Replenish and recover stock to ensure products are always available for customers.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the till.
- Engage customers through fragrance demonstrations and product sampling.
About You
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Previous retail or sales experience is desirable but not essential.
