Core skills & experience
What must you have to be considered?
- Degree educated (minimum of 2:1 in a mainstream degree)
- A confident, professional and pragmatic approach to all duties
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- IT Literate, with an in-depth knowledge of full Microsoft office suite of programmes
- Ability to work within a team
- Positive/flexible attitude and a willingness to learn
- Initiative - use judgement and reasoning in order to propose solutions to problems
- A quick thinker who can adapt to changing work demands
- Attention to detail
Other skills & experience?
What skills and experience, in addition to core skills, would make you stand out
- An interest in and knowledge of either real estate or renewable energy investment advisory is desirable
- Demonstrable evidence of strong Excel and a familiarity with NPV and IRR concepts
- Completion of the FMVA qualification
