The Opportunity: Our Business Analysts play a key part in the success of our business, and you will gain insight into our commercial decision making, and how business analytics underpins all our transactions. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a rapidly expanding team, where you will have access to all levels of seniority, on a daily basis.

  • Degree educated
  • A confident, professional, and pragmatic approach
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • IT Literate, with an in-depth knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite of programmes
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Positive/flexible attitude and a willingness to learn
  • A quick thinker with a high level of initiative, who can adapt to changing work demands
  • Attention to detail

What skills and experience would make you stand out:

  • An interest in and knowledge of either real estate investment
  • Demonstrable evidence of strong Excel and a familiarity with NPV and IRR concepts
  • FMVA qualification
  • Work experience or internships in financial/investment institutions

Typical activities and tasks will include:

  • Producing financial (and general numerical) analysis, alongside continual training programmes/support network.
  • Attending investment committee meetings and reporting on these.
  • Researching general macroeconomic trends and modelling these on Excel.
  • Assist with asset analysis and investment management recommendations and reports. This will include coordination of external service providers and modelling of new opportunities.
  • Preparation of investor marketing materials including:
  • Annual results presentations for funds
  • Materials to support equity raise processes
  • Transaction administration including coordination of project updates
  • Assist with the resolution of investor queries
  • Assist with asset management tasks required by the fund management team
