Salary: £25,178 (annual). Fully funded qualification and comprehensive on‑the‑job training. Full‑time position (36 hours a week) based in Cardiff Bay.
You will join the Commercial Department as an Apprentice. Your core responsibilities include providing administration support to your colleagues, helping deliver an excellent service to our customers in the Customer Service and Policy Support Department. You will work with friendly and experienced colleagues who will teach you key skills such as organisation, administration, customer service, teamwork and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. As your skills and confidence grow, you will take on more responsibilities preparing you for further roles within the business upon completion of the apprenticeship.

Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

- A Level qualification and IT literacy (basic Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Desirable: customer service/administration experience (not essential).
- Eligibility for Level 3 Business Administration course: minimum of 5 GCSE passes, including Maths and English.
