As an apprentice, you\’ll play a key role in supporting your team with administrative tasks, helping to ensure that claims are processed accurately and efficiently. You\’ll also assist in progressing lower-value cases to a timely resolution.
You\’ll be working alongside a supportive and experienced team who will help you develop essential business skills, including organisation, administration, customer service, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
We\’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude who enjoy working as part of a team, are keen to learn new skills, and are comfortable following procedures while working efficiently. You will be A Level qualified and IT literate (experience of using basic Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook). Some office administration experience would be desirable but is not essential because full training will be provided. You must also meet the eligibility requirements for the Level 3 Business Administration course (a minimum of 5 GCSE passes, including Maths and English).
