Overview

Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial UK, we are seeking an Account Management Lead to oversee the Account Management team in Birmingham. The role involves leading the team, managing a portfolio of clients attached to the regional office, contributing to departmental and local business plans and strategies, setting priorities, and allocating resources according to our organisational structure. You will be accountable for the measured performance of your team’s results in line with the KPIs set, and you will work closely with clients and the broker community to help Atradius remain the insurer of choice in a challenging marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead the Account Management team in Birmingham.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients attached to the regional office.
  • Contribute to departmental and local business plans and strategies.
  • Set priorities and allocate resources according to organisational structure.
  • Ensure team performance against KPIs and drive results.
  • Collaborate with clients and broker community to maintain Atradius as the insurer of choice.
