The Global department specialize in solutions for multi-national organisations. Designed specifically for multinational clients, Atradius Global truly acts as one team throughout the world providing aligned service and an aligned set of policy terms across all markets. Job Description

As an Account Manager, you must demonstrate a real desire to support our Global clients to ensurewe remain thepartner of choice in a challenging and competitive marketplace. Working closely with our Senior Account Managers you will optimise our first-class service to maintain and develop an existing portfolio of key clients. The ability to design and implement bespoke service solutions that meet the individual needs of our customers is critical to our ongoing success and is essential for us to achieve our customer retention targets and revenue.

You will make presentations to clients and brokers in order to support the ongoing servicing and renewal of the policies within your portfolio. To do this effectively you will have, and be able to demonstrate good communication and negotiations skills. You must have the ability to plan and execute your work independently and be able to react quickly to changing priorities.

This is a full-time position.

What knowledge skills and experience should you have?

The ideal candidate will have the following profile:
Required:

  • Dynamic, confident, and ambitious self-starter with a desire to succeed in a competitive market
  • Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with key multinational businesses
  • Able to work individually and in close collaboration with other team members (within the UK but also our global colleagues overseas) to ensure that we are providing the best possible service to our multinational customers.
  • Proven ability to achieve financial targets
  • Relevant business experience or degree
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Experience within credit insurance and a strong understanding of credit insurance policy structures is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
