We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to take full ownership of our Atplas product range and sales performance. This is a pivotal role where you’ll act as the technical and commercial expert, supporting sales, operations, and site services while helping to grow and protect our position in the UK control valve market. You’ll be the product champion for our products – trusted by colleagues, customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders across the water industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Own and develop the control valve product range, including full responsibility for sales performance and budget
- Manage control valve enquiries end-to-end, reviewing specifications, drawings, schedules, and scopes of work
- Act as the primary technical and commercial point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
- Provide specialist technical support to sales teams, supporting quotations and solution development
- Lead control valve projects from initial enquiry through delivery, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance support
- Build and sustain strong relationships with UK water companies, contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers
- Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure product quality, compliance, competitiveness, and on-time delivery
- Support framework applications, tenders, pre-qualification questionnaires, and key account requirements
- Deliver internal and customer-facing training, technical presentations, and contribute to marketing activity
- Drive continuous improvement through site surveys, customer feedback, issue resolution, and adherence to all health, safety, and quality standards
- Strong technical and commercial experience within control valves or a closely related industry
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contractual documentation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confident delivering training, presentations, and technical guidance
- Commercially aware, customer-focused, and proactive
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required
