We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to promote and sell our range of John Deere turf equipment to customers across Northern Ireland and County Donegal. The ideal candidate should have retail sales experience of new or used equipment. Past turf industry experience is desirable; however, full training will be provided.
Essential Duties:
- Sale of New and Used equipment
- Maintain & grow customer base within designated area
- Quote, configure and provide specifications of new machines for customers
- Following up on Sales enquiries
- Promote Johnston Gilpin & Co for the excellent service that Johnston Gilpin & Co provides from Sales through to Aftermarket Support
- Proactively visit customers onsite
- Take machines out on demonstrations for customers and demonstrate how to use the machine to its full capacity
- Attend shows and represent the company on stands
Skills & Qualifications:
- Driving Licence (with trailer license preferred)
- Ability to use standard computer applications
- Ability to work within a team environment
