Full‑time position. The ideal candidate should have retail sales experience with new or used equipment, preferably in the turf industry. Full training will be provided.
Essential Duties:- Sale of new and used equipment.
- Maintain and grow customer base within the designated area.
- Quote, configure, and provide specifications of new machines for customers.
- Follow up on sales enquiries.
- Promote John Deere & Johnston Gilpin & Co for the excellent service from sales through to aftermarket support.
- Proactively visit customers onsite.
- Take machines out on demonstrations and show customers how to use them to full capacity.
- Attend shows and represent the company on stands.
- Valid driving licence (trailer licence preferred).
- Proficiency with standard computer applications.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
