We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the residential sector with proven knowledge of working details of various construction methods.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and advice on technical / product knowledge and detailing including coordination and workshops with manufacturers.
- Act as part of the Lead Consultant team, which might include managing consultants employed by our client ensuring delivery of their work is on programme.
- Report regular updates to clients.
- Deliver a quality service for all projects that meets and exceeds client expectations.
- Provide and maintain high standards of design, construction and contract management.
- Check drawings and specifications prepared by ATP and the consultant team for coordination, technical accuracy and compliance with appropriate standards.
- Provide architectural detail design advice to clients.
- Prepare technical documentation and oversee the production of drawings.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Evidence of excellent design and technical understanding.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Versatile use of media in the development and documentation of design projects.
- Understanding of construction technologies.
- Knowledge of the planning process, policies, building regulations, NHBC standards and all-over technical standards.
- Advanced use of AutoCAD and Revit in preparation of architectural drawings.
