Description

The Senior Manager, Content Production is responsible for delivering creative, impactful multi-platform content and content programs that deliver maximum ROI to tournaments, players, commercial partners and the ATP Tour as a whole.

The Senior Manager, Content Production will serve as a key member of the ATP’s in- house creative content function, supported where necessary by third party production partners.

The role holder will also explore new and exciting opportunities to extend the reach of ATP content through distribution partnerships with third party media platforms and channels.

Reporting to the Director, Production & Marketing Operations, the role will be responsible for ideation, designing, producing and delivering impactful and effective multi-platform content and content programs (with a particular focus on short-form, social-first content) that align with the overall content strategy set by the department.

The creative output will be designed to have an impact across social first platforms delivering the needs of member (Player & Tournament) content and commercial partner content.

The creative content assets will be designed for distribution across all brand and member (Player & Tournament) channels for the ATP, ATP stakeholders and partners, as well as potential third-party media platforms and distribution channels

Requirements

  • Create, produce and deliver multi-platform, multi-channel creative content and content programs in line with the overall content strategy.
  • Manage and work closely with third party content production partners.
  • Responsible for all elements of creative production, from ideation to production, post-production and optimizing distribution across all owned and third-party channels.
  • Develop creative treatments for third party content production partners and support creative development of production projects across ATP departments for players, tournaments and commercial partners.
  • Pitch creative ideas for content production, with a focus on short-form, social-first output, aligning with ATP content strategy.
  • Travel onsite to ATP tournaments as required to lead or support on production of content.
  • Drive development of compelling and impactful content and content programs for players, tournaments, ATP Tour and commercial partners.
  • Using short-form expertise, play a key role in advising on video campaign deliverables and rollouts to maximize audience acquisition and fan engagement.
  • Support in the development and onsite execution of ATP-owned tournament content plans and production operations
  • Develop distribution partnerships with third party media platforms.
  • Support the development of the creative content vision that aligns with the ATP brand and brand objectives, which drives new audience acquisition, greater levels of fan engagement and supports commercial revenue growth.
  • Develop innovative and strong internal processes and procedures to enable efficient team operations, instilling, maintaining and ensuring high quality production processes from ideation to delivery
  • Work with the Director, Production & Marketing Operations to create an industry leading creative production team.
