The position of Marketing Partnerships Intern is a new role within the Brand and Marketing department at ATP, as this area continues to grow within the organisation. This role is for someone who loves culture marketing – working with platforms, Creators, and other Rights Holders to find opportunities to work together. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role which requires passion and dedication. The position involves regular weekend work aligned to the tennis calendar and is based in the London office. The successful applicant will take direction from the ATP Tour’s Senior Manager, Marketing Partnerships.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Support the day‑to‑day roll‑out of Marketing Partnerships projects across platform (TikTok, Spotify) and talent partners, with a global focus.
- Maintaining and updating ATP Creator database, and assisting with Creator search and vetting per project briefs from the ATP ecosystem.
- Collecting and distilling relevant knowledge and resources from partners as they apply to ATP players and tournaments, and collaborating with ATP teams to distribute.
- Assisting with creating decks for key work‑streams and reports.
- Collaborate on the planning and delivery of the On Tour With Creator Programme at Nitto ATP Finals in November.
- Contributing to the planning and logistics of working with Content Creators abroad – assisting with travel schedules, planning their itineraries and building out onboarding documents.
- Collaborating with teams within Brand and Marketing to roll‑out content from Marketing Partnership work‑streams and special projects.
- Liaising with other ATP departments, such as Licensing and Commercial Partnerships to share best practice for working with Talent during key moments throughout the remainder of the season.
- Where relevant, pitch creative short‑form content ideas aligned to the ATP social content strategy, narratives, trends, players and tournaments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong passion for culture marketing across social media, partnerships and talent.
- Dialed into online culture, with an understanding of the Creator economy. Experience working with Content Creators (regardless of platform) will be advantageous.
- While a strong interest in tennis is needed, wider interests in other passion spaces is equally important (think music, gaming, sports).
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn.
- Organised, reliable and comfortable in a fast‑moving live tournament environment.
- Strong written and verbal communicator.
- Team player.
