RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Travel Expense Reporting
- Support the review and processing of employee travel expense reports submitted through Concur, ensuring compliance with ATP's travel and expense policy.
- Assist with reconciliation of corporate credit card transactions and follow up on missing receipts or policy exceptions.
- Help identify trends and common errors in expense submissions and propose process improvements.
- Prepare periodic summaries and exception reports for the Finance team and relevant stakeholders.
- Financial Analytics & Dashboards
- Build and maintain dashboards in Data Rails to expand the team’s reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Assist in automating routine reporting tasks, reducing reliance on manual spreadsheet work.
- Support variance analysis by developing visual reports that compare actuals against budget and forecast.
- Collaborate with the FP&A team to identify new KPIs and metrics that drive business insight.
- Cash Flow Tool Implementation
- Assist in the implementation and testing of the new cash flow forecasting tool, supporting data mapping, validation, and user acceptance testing.
- Help document processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures related to the new tool.
- Support data extraction and cleansing activities to ensure accurate integration with existing financial systems (Net Suite).
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to status reporting and issue tracking.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Currently enrolled in a university degree programme in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables, advance formulas); experience with data visualisation tools is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Interest in the sports industry, financial systems, or data analytics.
