Responsibilities & Duties
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with ATP’s mission and goals.
- Develop long-term strategic thinking in areas such as membership, education, platforms development, post-career opportunities and benefits.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather insights and perspectives for strategic decision-making.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic analysis initiatives aligned with the organization's goals.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
- Developed strategic direction and processes to ensure maximum efficiencies within the Player Relations Department
Leadership and Team Management
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Build and lead a high-performing strategic planning team, ensuring that each team member is aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop Board, Player Advisory Council, and Player meetings materials
Vision and Innovation
- Drive the development of a compelling vision for the organization's future, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Encourage a culture of innovation, constantly seeking new opportunities to improve processes and services.
Performance Measurement
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success of strategic initiatives.

- Quillifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Good understanding of the sport of tennis
- Proven experience in strategic planning, with a track record of successfully implementing and achieving strategic objectives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High proficiency on Power Point, and Excel.
- High Analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of industry trends and a forward-thinking approach to strategic planning.
