A newly refurbished precision QA inspection department has just installed CMM PC-DMIS instruments and a Hexagon Absolute Laser Arm to undertake precise analysis of machined components.

You will be using these instruments to ensure these important components meet GD&T specifications, some of which are +/- 10 microns tolerance. The components are in small volume, often pre-production prototypes providing you with involvement in the R&D process, feeding back your analysis to the design team.

You will need a substantial quality control background in a precision engineering environment, preferably with hands-on experience in using CMM and laser arm instruments.
