Complex equipment used on aircraft is made to the highest of engineering, quality and safety standards. You are a quality engineer from the aerospace or military defence sector. You will be the main point of contact between the inspection department, their suppliers and internal manufacturing departments.

You will be undertaking audits, analysing FAIR reports to identify gaps and implement resolutions. These resolutions include corrective actions to designs, manufacturing processes and training needs for individuals and supplier organisations.

You will need significant experience in FAIRs within an aerospace or defence engineering environment combined with a formal engineering qualification. A knowledge of QWI, QAI, AS9102 FAIR, AS9100 audits and ISO standards is required.
