You\’ll be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of a wide range of 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC and manual lathes, mills and turning machines.
Some of these CNC machines produce components that are produced to a tolerance of 10 microns so your expertise and attention to detail is vital
You\’ll be managing PPM schedules, undertaking preventative maintenance and responding to unexpected breakdowns to ensure production and quality targets are kept
Your hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4.45pm (12.00 midday on Friday) so no night shift or weekends – There is however plenty of overtime and a bonus – This company is busy with a full order book
After the CNC machines have been repaired, calibration testing will include electrical safety check so you ideally need a City & Guilds 18th Edition Electrical Installations
