ATP Media has unrivalled access and expertise in men’s professional tennis. This unique service provides end-to-end solutions for 70+ broadcasters around the world, incorporating rights sales, multi-platform production and worldwide delivery for 61 tournaments on the ATP Tour. In addition to the broadcast production, the company structure encompasses commercial sales, original programming and non-live content (including social media), consumer streaming services, which provides content for Tennis TV and online platforms, and corporate services overarching ATP Media.

Role Purpose: To be responsible for ATP Media’s creator network and partnerships: owning the network and driving forward growth and revenue acquisition in an area of increasingly high priority for the Original Programming & Non-Live Content division. The successful candidate will sit at the intersection of content and commercial strategy, creator partnerships, and audience and revenue growth.

Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Creator Partnerships
  • Architect of ATP Media’s creator partner network, steering a group of creators to produce monetisable video content and increase the sport’s digital footprint
  • Recruiting, onboarding and developing relationships with talented creator partners across YouTube and other social platforms
  • Act as the primary, day-to-day, point of contact for creator partners
  • Supporting and shaping content strategy across the department
  • Ownership of revenue growth KPIs for creator and partnership programs, with quarterly revenue reporting and invoicing to creators
  • Working closely with legal and commercial teams on contracts, rights and usage terms
  • Revenue & Commercial Growth Opportunities & Delivery
  • Driving and delivering new commercial growth and opportunities for the department, such as athlete-creator partnerships/MCN, sponsored content, social platform commercialisation
  • Running sponsored/branded social clip campaigns, working with designers and video editors to create sponsored graphics and assets
  • Support pitches to partners and creators with strategic insight and deck creation and presentation

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a creator partnerships, social media monetisation or digital content strategy role, ideally in sports
  • A degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field
  • Extensive knowledge and proven experience in the ever-changing creator economy and social media monetisation
  • Commercial mindset with experience generating revenue from social media and creator partnerships
  • First-class stakeholder management and relationship skills, with experience of managing external creator partners
  • Ability to positively and confidently negotiate and sell partnerships and their terms
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and independent thinker and worker
  • Strong knowledge of the different social media platforms and what makes each tick, including their back-end tools e.g. YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment where there are various content workflows and delivery points
  • Excellent organisational skills and planning abilities – able to work on multiple, fast-paced projects at once
  • Strong attention to detail and first-class communication skills
  • Good knowledge of tennis and a genuine affinity for sport, social media and storytelling is highly desirable
  • Flexibility around working hours as required
  • Right to live and work within the UK, with valid passport
