About ATP Media:
ATP Media is the broadcast and media arm of the ATP Tour. The company manages the production, distribution, and commercial exploitation of the broadcast rights of the ATP Masters 1000 and Nitto ATP Finals tennis tournaments as well as the ATP 500 events, ATP 250s and the ATP Next Gen Finals.
Additionally, ATP Media produces and distributes Original Programming, Non-Live Content - including social, digital, branded content and linear - for both its media partners, the ATP Tour and Masters 1000s tournaments.
The company also owns and operates Tennis TV, the official live video streaming subscription service of the ATP Tour. Tennis TV streams every ATP Tour tournament to a global audience, with over 2,000 live matches a year, to www.tennistv.com and a wide range of streaming devices.
About The Role:
ATP Media's Non-Live Department is seeking an Account Manager/Project Lead who will work alongside a Producer to oversee the day-to-day delivery of all non-live editorial content created for the ATP Tour.
This is a pivotal client-facing position within ATP Media's non-live operation - central to maintaining a close working partnership with the ATP Tour, and ensuring the smooth, collaborative delivery of the non-live content that underpins the ATP Tour's global marketing output. The quality, timing and consistency of this content play a vital role in how the ATP Tour engages audiences and promotes the sport worldwide - and this role is key to making that happen.
This role works alongside the production and creative team, ensuring projects are delivered with quality, care and attention. Working in tandem with the Lead Producer and Production Manager, you'll coordinate workflow, support the planning of Statements of Work (SOWs) and help ensure creative concepts are pitched, executed and delivered clearly and efficiently.
The right person will be organised, confident and quick to read a room - able to anticipate needs, advise where necessary and guide discussions towards the most effective way forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Partnership & Communication
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for the ATP Tour on all non-live editorial content.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted working relationships that encourage collaboration.
- Work closely with our ATP Tour colleagues and internal ATP Media team to keep ideas, priorities, feedback and output flowing in a joined-up way.
- Lead regular meetings and share clear updates, agreed actions and next steps.
- Attend meetings on behalf of ATP Media, providing production updates.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence so that information is accurate, timely and well-understood on both sides.
- Offer clear, reasoned perspectives that support decision-making and help maintain momentum.
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinate the workflow of each Statement of Work (SOW), ensuring deliverables are defined, achievable and delivered on schedule.
- Collate briefs, support creative development, gather estimates and track approvals.
- Support the delivery and clear presentation of creative concepts, treatments, pitches and edits to ATP Tour stakeholders - ensuring ideas are communicated effectively and in the right context.
- Coordinate feedback rounds and ensure creative notes are captured and actioned accurately.
- Stay across all active projects to ensure timing, coordination and budgets remain aligned with what's been agreed.
- Work with Producers and Production Managers to plan resources and manage workloads efficiently.
- Work with Producers and Production Managers to ensure projects are delivered effectively, within scope and to all parties' expected standard of quality.
Workflow, Reporting & Scheduling
- Align with the Production team to oversee scheduling of productions, edits and deliveries across the department.
- Maintain a joined-up view of project status and team capacity to support forward planning and efficiency.
- Prepare concise reports and meeting documentation for ATP Tour and ATP Media stakeholder review.
- Provide confident, informed updates in review meetings - demonstrating ownership of the details and awareness of broader priorities.
- Share relevant client insights internally to help shape future planning and continuous improvement.
Operational Support & Best Practice
- Collaborate with the Production Management team on budget tracking, forecasting and assigned staff costs.
- Keep accurate records of SOWs, deliverables, approvals and feedback.
- Champion ATP Media's creative and production standards, ensuring every delivery reflects the company's reputation for quality.
- Help refine internal processes to improve efficiency, communication and accountability.
- Ensure projects remain within agreed scope and timelines while maintaining creative ambition and value.
- Through this role, every delivery contributes directly to the ATP Tour's marketing impact and to ATP Media's reputation as its Agency of Record.
