We’re a growing recruitment and HR-tech business supporting face-to-face sales & marketing offices across the U.S. Alongside our recruitment services, we’re building MyPathway — a SaaS onboarding and retention platform designed specifically for high-growth sales organisations.
Over the next 2–4 months, we’ll be building a small, high-impact sales and marketing team. We’re not hiring immediately. Right now, we want to connect early with smart operators and hear how you would approach selling and scaling what we’re building.
What we’re looking to learn:
- How you would position and sell a weekly recruitment service
- How you would take a B2B SaaS product (MyPathway) to market
- Your thoughts on outbound vs inbound, messaging, and channels
- What you’d prioritise if you were building this from the ground up
Who this is for:
- Sales, marketing, or growth professionals
- People with SaaS, B2B services, or early-stage experience
- Strategic thinkers who enjoy shaping how something is sold
- People open to future opportunities rather than immediate roles
What this may lead to:
- Paid short-term strategy or test projects
- Advisory or contributor relationships
- First-hire or leadership roles later in 2026
This is an exploratory conversation, not a live hiring process. If you enjoy early-stage thinking and want to share ideas, we’d love to connect. Apply or message with a short note on how you’d approach selling either recruitment services or a SaaS platform.
