Position Summary

ATP, an RSK Group company, is recruiting for an Architectural Technician/Technologist to join the team based in Loughton. This is a full‑time, permanent position.

Responsibilities

  • Represent ATP at the highest level
  • Produce high-quality Revit models and detailed drawing packages
  • Support the delivery of projects through all RIBA stages
  • Coordinate design information with internal and external teams
  • Work as part of the Lead Consultant team to ensure coordinated project delivery
  • Prepare and review technical drawings and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and technical standards
  • Provide technical detailing support across projects
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and presentation
  • Contribute to team objectives and overall project delivery

Qualifications and Experience

  • Vast experience in using Revit
  • Strong experience in technical design and detailing
  • Experience in large‑scale residential / flat developments (preferred)
  • Good understanding of construction technologies and building regulations
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
