Position Details
ATP, an RSK Group company, is recruiting for a Part 2 or Part 3 Architect to join our team based in Loughton. This is a full‑time, permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Represent ATP at the highest level
- Produce high‑quality Revit models and detailed drawing packages
- Support the delivery of projects through all RIBA stages
- Coordinate design information with internal and external teams
- Work as part of the Lead Consultant team to ensure coordinated project delivery
- Prepare and review technical drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and technical standards
- Provide technical detailing support across projects
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and presentation
- Contribute to team objectives and overall project delivery
Qualifications and Experience
- Vast experience in using Revit
- Strong experience in technical design and detailing
- Experience in large‑scale residential/flatted developments (preferred)
- Good understanding of construction technologies and building regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
