Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Company Secretarial Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a broad spectrum of company secretarial duties, managing companies, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.
Main Job Functions / Tasks
- Company Secretarial Duties: Perform a wide range of company secretarial work for our clients in Singapore, ensuring all activities comply with statutory regulations.
- Compliance Management: Assist the team in maintaining and advising clients on the proper maintenance of statutory books and records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Meetings Coordination: Convene and facilitate shareholders' and board meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and all related documentation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Law, Corporate Governance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in company secretarial roles.
- Experience in company secretarial tasks such as drafting board resolutions, share transfers, capital increases, and director changes is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Chartered Secretary qualification (e.g., CSIS) or equivalent is an advantage.
