In this Sustainability Consultant role, you’ll influence meaningful changes across digital services while advancing your own career in consulting, sustainability, and technology. You’ll help clients reduce environmental impact and embed sustainability in digital transformation. You’ll collaborate across industries and business lines to shape sustainability solutions and gain hands‑on experience in project delivery, business development, and stakeholder engagement with a clear path to Senior Consultant and industry leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales and account teams to embed sustainability insights and value propositions into proposals.
  • Analyze opportunity pipelines to identify and pursue sustainability‑related deals.
  • Provide expert sustainability guidance on bids to strengthen client propositions.
  • Champion Sustainability Services across internal teams and external networks.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate sustainability across industries and service lines.

Deliver Impactful Projects Through

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate clients’ digital environmental impact and recommend improvements.
  • Produce sustainability reporting on client contracts, maintaining documentation and ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance.

Contribute to Continuous Improvement By

  • Capturing learnings and feedback from internal teams and clients to enhance service quality.
  • Staying current on sustainability news, standards, and best practices to drive innovation and regulatory alignment.

Working Conditions

Hybrid role based in London, typically 2 days in the office per week. Flexible hours and occasional travel to client meetings or events.

About Sustainability Services

The role reports into the Head of Sustainability Services and works collaboratively with the Social Value team and sales & account teams of at least one key industry. You will be aligned with one or more key industries such as Health, Life Sciences & Citizen Services or Financial Services & Insurance, and key business lines such as Cloud & Modern Infrastructure, Data & AI, Digital Applications, Smart Platforms, and Digital Workplace.

  • Proactive and self‑motivated with a positive, can‑do mindset.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.

  • Team‑oriented attitude and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or higher).

Desirable Skills

  • Degree in Sustainability, IT, or related field.
